What was the highlight of GALAXY STAR PYRMIDS INN
The view of the pyramids is amazing
The view of the hotel was amazing, the welcome drink is something they should keep doing. People were very nice and patient. The food was very good. The hotel was very clean and they were renovating There was WiFi in all floors and rooms, very good ! The connection was not the best but we really appreciated the WiFi since many hotels don’t have it
We had only one town in the room The reception tried to sell lots of tours and sometimes too much I don’t recommend the tours The location is tough, the neighbourhood near the pyramids is very chaotic but the hotel is very clean and well equipped

From the tarries of the bundling you can see the pyramid
The location was Good. You can see the pyramid from the hotel. Employees are so well behaved and breakfast is good. It's safe Hotel.
The room facility is not so good. Old bedsheets and they Don't have any lift. The building is not 100% ready for a hotel. the bathroom doesn't have a curtain for the tab. .

We had an amazing stay , the staff was wonderful and always tried to meet our needs . We used a tour guide from the hote
The staff is amazing, very generous and helpful. Whatever our needs was they tried to accommodate them .
It is very noisy from the room we were in . WiFi was a bit challenging as the connection was bad . Everyday eating the same breakfast.

HORRIBLE
Absolutely nothing.
- The bed sheets, the pillows and the cover were dirty and with bad smell. - A lot of the things that the accommodation offer in booking isn’t real, like they give us 1 toilet paper and it was use like the half, no blow dryer, etc. - I have to ask 2 times for another towel, they just give us 1 and we were 2 person, they arrived 3 hours after with the towel making me be late for go to discover Egypt. - They refuse to give me the receipt of the payment. - When I ask for fix the problems they didn’t care and I had to booked another hotel in better conditions. They refuse to give me the refund of the night that I didn’t stayed at the accommodation.
